SYOS STRATEGY

With the aim of maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, our SySO Management works under an approach focused on preventing injury-related accidents and occupational illnesses through the systematic elimination and/or management of hazards and risks.

The SySO Management process at Renace is based on the continuous improvement cycle of the International Standard OHSAS 18001:2007.

Risk Assessment

All our processes include hazard identification and risk assessment where we implement operational controls to prevent injuries to our employees and contractors, as well as to avoid property damage.

Emergency Procedure

We have developed specific plans and procedures for emergency situations to mitigate potential consequences and ensure continuity of operations.

Training and Development

Through continuous training, including safety talks and specific Occupational Health and Safety courses, we aim to promote safe behaviors among all individuals involved in our operations.

The management of our Occupational Health and Safety plan helps us foster a culture of safe and healthy environments, strengthening all preventive actions, good practices, and innovative efforts that contribute to continuous improvement.
